The sharp differences between prices in one area against prices in a neighbouring areas are moderating a recent survey showed.

As a result the barriers of different neighbourhoods are becoming blurred and indistinct, such that property buyers are more willing to purchase on the edge of neighbourhoods as well as in the centre.

This adjustment is accompanied by a levelling off of property prices in the South Africa property market amid moderate signs of price recovery.
