Sterling keeps pace with South African Property

Sterling has maintained its currency position against the South African Rand in the past year. Hence, property for British emigrants is still marvellously affordable and significantly cheaper in sterling terms than French or Spanish property.

For Irish buyers, who are converting from Euros, South African property has got 30% cheaper over the past 12 months.
